Been told that your Flowerbox can't be canceled or changed? It comes down to how the boxes are handled – here's the explanation.
How it works
When you place your order it goes straight on to our supplier, a flower hub that packs and ships all the Flowerboxes.
When it's time to pack your order, they book the transport, print the address label and card, and get the box ready. That sometimes happens on the same day as the delivery, but often one to two days beforehand.
Why we can't stop it
From the moment the supplier has printed your order and booked the transport, it's out of our hands. The box is then picked up by the courier and moves on to their terminal for distribution.
With the volumes going through the flow, there's no way to pull a single box out of the process. That's why we sometimes have to tell you a cancelation can't be carried out, even when there are several days left until the delivery day.
What you can do
If you need to change or cancel a Flowerbox – get in touch as early as possible. In many cases we need your change at least 48 hours before delivery, sometimes earlier.
If the box can't be stopped, it's sent as planned and the order isn't refunded.
