We have two types of bouquets, and they're delivered in different ways.
Florist bouquet
Arranged and delivered by a local florist in the recipient's area. The florist can call the recipient in advance, take note of any requests and adapt the delivery.
Flowerbox
Packed at our flower hub and sent to the recipient with an external courier. The delivery can be tracked in real time, but can't be adapted.

It says so in the product description when you order, and in your order confirmation.
