With a delivery pass you pay no shipping on your orders for six months.
You need an account to use the pass
You can buy a delivery pass even if you order as a guest. But to be able to use it you need to create an account – the pass is linked to the account, and shipping is only deducted when you're logged in.
Bought a pass as a guest? Create an account with the same email address you used when you ordered, and the pass will be linked to your account automatically. You create the account using the icon in the top right of the page, next to the cart.
How to buy a delivery pass
The delivery pass appears as an add-on at checkout when you place an order. Add it there and it takes effect right away.
How to use it
Log in before you order. When you're logged in you'll see your delivery pass, and shipping is deducted automatically at checkout. You don't need to enter a code.
What the pass covers
The delivery pass applies to Florist bouquets and Flowerboxes delivered within Sweden. It doesn't apply to orders sent abroad.
Shipping isn't being deducted – what do I do?
Check the following, in order:
- Are you logged in? If you see a login icon in the top right instead of your name, you're logged out. Log in and place the order again.
- Did you buy the pass as a guest? Then you need to create an account with the same email address you used for the order.
- Did you log in with the right account? If you have several email addresses with us, the pass is linked to the address you used when you bought it.
- Has the pass expired? Check the validity period in your account.
- Is the order going abroad? Then the pass doesn't apply.
If none of this fits, get in touch and we'll help you.
