For the delivery to arrive, you need to fill in the following:
Full address
Street address with street number, postcode and town.
Phone number
Enter a mobile number for the recipient. The number is used for the delivery notification and so the florist can reach the recipient at delivery.
For Flowerboxes a Swedish mobile number is mandatory – without it the delivery may fail. For Florist bouquets a mobile number isn't a requirement, but if you're sending flowers abroad it's a good idea to give a local number so the florist there can call.
Write the number using digits only, without plus signs, hyphens or spaces.
Entry code
If the recipient has an entry code, enter it in the "Information to florist" field at checkout. Without the code the florist can't get into the building. If you don't know the code, see the article about entry codes below.
For Flowerboxes you don't need to give an entry code – the recipient enters it themselves when the notification from the courier arrives.
Delivery to a workplace, hospital or care home
If the flowers are going to a workplace, a hospital or a care home, the street address alone usually isn't enough for them to reach the right person. Fill in the company's or organization's name in the right place in the address field, and enter the following in the "Information to florist" field:
- Department, floor or room number
- What hours it's staffed, if you know
Also bear in mind that flowers are often received at a reception desk or in a staff member's name, not by the recipient directly. Euroflorist is only responsible for the delivery as far as the reception desk.
