If you don't have the recipient's number, you can enter your own instead as a workaround. How that works differs between Florist bouquets and Flowerboxes.
Florist bouquet
Enter your own phone number in the recipient's number field, and write in the "Information to florist" field that the number belongs to you and not to the recipient.
The florist will then call you if something needs sorting out at the delivery, for example if they can't get into the building. It's a good idea to give the entry code in the order itself if you know it.
Flowerbox
If you enter your own number, you're the one who gets the notification from the delivery driver – not the recipient. That means you need to be available on the delivery day and able to help the courier with the entry code or the door phone.
If the delivery driver can't get through the entrance and you can't help, it counts as a failed delivery due to incomplete details. In that case there's no refund.
