It may be possible – but it depends on which product you've ordered and how close it is to the delivery date. Get in touch as soon as you can.
Change it yourself right after ordering
For a short while after you've placed your order you can make changes yourself. Your order confirmation has a link and a countdown showing how long you have.
As long as there's time left, you can log in and change things like the card message, address, phone number and delivery date. What you can change depends on what's possible for your particular town and product – the card message can always be changed at this stage.
How long you have varies depending on when you ordered relative to the order deadline. So don't wait; make the change as soon as you spot the mistake.
Once the time has run out: contact us
If the countdown has ended, get in touch and we'll see whether it can be sorted. Have your order number to hand. We can't guarantee that a change or cancelation is possible, but we'll do our best.
Florist bouquet
We can change or cancel as long as the florist hasn't already arranged the bouquet, which sometimes happens around 24 hours before delivery.
For larger orders and during peak periods we need your change or cancelation at least 72 hours before delivery, since the florist starts preparing earlier.
Flowerbox
Here we often need your change or cancelation at least 48 hours before delivery, and in some cases even earlier. Flowerboxes go straight to our supplier, and once they've started preparing your order we can no longer stop it.
No right of withdrawal on flowers
Flowers, chocolate and delicacies are perishable goods, so the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act doesn't apply. Once processing has begun, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
