Can't select the date you want, or does the date change by itself? Here's the explanation.
The date can't be selected
Which dates you can choose depends on the product and the address. A date may be locked because the florist is closed that day, or because the Flowerbox isn't shipped then.
Try a different date, or switch products. Florist bouquets and Flowerboxes have different delivery days, so what doesn't work with one may work with the other.
"The order deadline for the selected date has passed"
If you get this message it means the order came in too late to be delivered on the date you chose. The date is then moved to the next possible day.
The order deadline varies depending on which town the flowers are going to and who's delivering them, so there's no single time that applies everywhere. You'll see which dates are possible once you've filled in the recipient's address.
The date changes when I fill in the address
This happens when you pick a date before you've filled in the address. The dates shown at first are general – only once the address is filled in do we know what can actually be delivered there.
Want to avoid it: fill in the address first and choose the delivery date after that. Then you'll only see dates that are genuinely possible for that particular address.
Check the date before you pay
Since the date can change during the order, it's worth taking another look at the delivery date in the summary before you complete your purchase.
