Have a look around the address
The flowers may have been left in a sheltered spot if nobody answered:
- By the door, entrance or gate
- In the stairwell
- On the patio or balcony
- By the mailbox
Early Bird always leaves deliveries at the mailbox – in the countryside that could be a mailbox some distance from the house.
The delivery may be on its way
For Florist bouquets the delivery is marked manually by the florist, and that doesn't always happen at the exact moment the flowers arrive. Some florists mark all their deliveries at once when the shop closes, and then drive out to deliver them.
That means the status can show as delivered an hour or so before the flowers are actually there. Wait a couple of hours and check again.
