The flowers haven't turned up and you're wondering why. Here are the most common reasons.

The delivery may be on its way
Florist bouquets are delivered between 08:00 and 22:00. If it's early in the day, the flowers may still be on their way.
The recipient hasn't answered
The delivery driver or florist may have tried to deliver without making contact. If there's no entry code, or no safe place to leave the flowers, the delivery goes back.
The delivery is delayed
During peak season, or in bad weather and traffic disruptions, the delivery may take place a day before or after the chosen date.
The details may be incomplete
An incorrect or incomplete address, a missing entry code or a phone number that can't be reached are the most common reasons a delivery doesn't arrive.
