As the person ordering, you only get text messages for Florist bouquets – not when you've ordered a Flowerbox. You get a text message when the florist marks your order as on its way and when it's marked as delivered. The tracking is updated at the same time.
Does the recipient get text messages too?
The recipient gets a text message when the Flowerbox is delivered. When you order a Florist bouquet, the florist usually calls the recipient in advance to check they can receive the flowers.
Haven't received a text message?
It could be down to any of the following:
The number can't receive text messages
Text messages are only sent to Swedish mobile numbers. If you've given a foreign number or a landline number, the text message won't get through.
The status hasn't been updated yet
The florist marks the delivery manually in their system, and that doesn't always happen at the exact moment the flowers are delivered. Some florists mark all their deliveries at once when the shop closes, and then drive out to deliver them.
That means the text message sometimes arrives before or after the actual delivery. So a confirmation without flowers doesn't always mean something has gone wrong – and a missing text message doesn't necessarily mean the flowers haven't arrived. Florists always do their best to confirm deliveries at the right time.
The delivery couldn't be completed
The florist may have tried to deliver without getting through – for example because the entry code is missing or because nobody is home. In that case the delivery isn't marked as completed.
