The confirmation is sent automatically right after you order and contains your order number, delivery date and recipient details. If it hasn't arrived, here's what to do.
Wait a few minutes and check your spam folder
The email usually arrives within a few minutes, but it can take longer during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. Check your spam folder and any promotions folder too – search for "Euroflorist" to find it quickly.
Don't place the order again
Check your bank statement before you reorder. If the money has been taken, the order is registered, even if the confirmation hasn't come through. If you place a new order, you risk ending up with two deliveries.
Check the email address
If there was a typo in the email address when you ordered, the confirmation will never arrive. Get in touch and we'll update the address and send the confirmation again.

Contact us
If you still can't find anything, get in touch and we'll look the order up and send a new confirmation. It's useful to have the email address you used, or the recipient's name and address, to hand.
