Delivery to a Safe Place:
Our dedicated couriers always strive to leave your bouquet in a safe place outside the door at the delivery address. However, there may be occasions when this is not possible due to various factors, such as inaccessibility or the absence of a name on the door. In such cases, the bouquet will be returned to the depot to ensure its safety until the next delivery attempt.
Next Day Delivery Attempt:
When the bouquet is returned to the depot, our team will schedule the next delivery attempt for the following day. This allows us to ensure that the bouquet reaches its intended recipient as soon as possible. If the recipient is not home during the two delivery attempts made and the flowers cannot be left in a safe place, the bouquet will unfortunately be considered fulfilled. We recommend ensuring that the recipient is available at the time of delivery to avoid this scenario.
