It could be down to any of the following:
- A typo. Check that the code is spelled correctly – it's a good idea to copy it straight from the email.
- The code has expired. Check the validity period.
- Terms apply. Some codes only apply to selected products or during a particular campaign.
- You already have a code on the order. Only one discount code per order works.
