The gift card can be used both online and at our affiliated florists. The validity period is printed on the back of the gift card.
Only scratch it if you're ordering online
You only need to scratch off the code on the back if you're redeeming the gift card at euroflorist.se. If you're going to use the card in a shop – leave the panel unscratched. Florists can't accept a scratched gift card, since the code may already have been used.
Already scratched the code off by mistake? Get in touch and we'll replace the card with a new one, provided it's still valid.
Online
Scratch off the code and enter it in the discount code field at checkout. Only one gift card can be used per order.
At a florist
All florists affiliated with us accept Euroflorist gift cards, as long as the card is valid and the back isn't scratched. See the list of affiliated florists. The gift card is also valid at affiliated florists in Denmark and Norway.
You can't order flower delivery in a shop using a gift card.
If the amount isn't enough – or there's some left over
If the order costs more than the value of the gift card, you pay the difference with another payment method.
If the total is lower, the remaining amount is lost. The full value is used up when the card is redeemed, and no balance is carried over.
