Received flowers with no sender? Then whoever ordered them has chosen not to write their name on the card – or simply forgotten to.
We can ask for you
Get in touch with your name and the address where you received the flowers. We'll then check with the sender whether we may tell you who they are.
Often it's just a forgotten name, and in that case we're usually allowed to say – or the sender gets in touch with you directly.
If the sender wants to stay anonymous
If the sender has chosen to remain anonymous, we won't give out their name. We can't tell you who it is, because we need to protect our customers' right to anonymity.
If you feel uncomfortable receiving flowers from an unknown sender, you can turn to the police, who can request the details from us.
